CHRISTMAS SHIPPING - To receive orders in time for Christmas we recommend you to place order by 16/12/20. Orders placed after these dates will still be processed as usual. For orders placed between 24th Dec 19 - 5th Jan 20 we will process the back log of orders on Tuesday 5th Jan 20.
- Recommended order dates are targets only. Sending by the recommended dates gives you the best chance to get your item where it needs to be for Christmas but may change due to unforeseen service impacts.
- All dates are subject to change due to impacts on airfreight as a result of COVID-19.
- Please note there will be no mail delivery from the 23rd Dec 2020 to 5th Jan 2021.

What currency do you charge in?
Prices are in NZD dollars inclusive of GST.
What is the minimum order amount?
The minimum spend to activate a shipping option is NZD$5.
How long will it take to process my order?
Once your order is received you will receive a confirmation email. Our mail order team will process your order on the next business day.
How much does shipping cost and are there any taxes?
If you spend over $10NZD shipping is free. Orders under $10NZD ship for a flat rate of $10.
Are my credit card details safe?
YES. Payments are processed securely by Payment Express so at no time do we receive any personal card details.
We will not share your personal details with any third party.
What is your refund / return policy?
We will refund any un-used items within 30 days upon return in complete packaging. Faulty and damaged goods will be promptly replaced at no charge.
How long does shipping take?
Once processed orders are dispatched and should be received within 3-5 business days. If you do not receive your order within 10 business days, please contact our team with your order details and we will try assist you the best we can.
